We actually fell asleep before midnight, I know… lame. LOL But we had a great night with delicious food that I made, some desserts (I ate it even though Boram doesn’t like it) and snuggles. It was the perfect evening to send off 2012.

We woke up today as usual, hubs gets ready for work… me eating my cereal while sending some emails. The hubs took a cab to work because he had so many things to carry. 

When we got to work, he noticed his key wallet (with his work keys) missing and he realized he must have left it in the cab. The key wallet that he has is a personalized Louis Vuitton one and we were crushed. So our apartment complex called the cab company (thankfully they record the tag numbers) and guess what? The cab driver, drove ALL THE WAY back to our home (We live in Puxi, the husband works in Pudong, aka across the river) and gave it back to me.

People, karma exists. I was so touched. I couldn’t believe it – - – It was a high end, designer item that I feel like most people would keep and discard the keys. GOOD PEOPLE exists and I am a firm believer in karma. (Always have been) I feel like all the times the hubs and I find things, notice people dropping things and doing the right thing by turning them in or calling the people directly (or if we see them, run after them) has paid off. 

2013, you’re doing alright already. Thank you for making this New Year’s beginning a proper and thankful one.

I hope all of you have a WONDERFUL 2013. I have a feeling it’s going to be an exciting and blessed year for everyone.
